Thank you for participating in the Zelaze Skin Social Media Content Incentive Program. By creating and posting a video with the specified tags and meeting the criteria outlined below, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter this program.
  1. Content Guidelines: The video content must adhere to the following guidelines: Must include Zelaze Skin products prominently in the video. Must tag @zelazeskin, @Sephora, @ultabeauty, @target, and use the hashtag #skincare in the video caption. Must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of the respective social media platform(s) where the video is posted. Must not contain any offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.
  1. Compliance with Laws: Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations while creating and posting their videos.
  1. Verification of Video Authenticity: Zelaze Skin reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the video and its views before awarding the free product. Any attempts to artificially inflate view counts or engage in fraudulent practices will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
  1. Promotional Usage of Participants' Name and Image: By participating in this program, participants agree to allow Zelaze Skin to use their name, image, and social media handle for promotional purposes related to the incentive program, without requiring additional consent or compensation.
  1. Disqualification for Non-Compliance: Zelaze Skin retains the right to disqualify any participant whose video or conduct violates any of the program's terms and conditions. Disqualified participants will not be eligible for a free product.
  1. Program Modifications and Termination: Zelaze Skin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the incentive program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or any other reasons. In such cases, Zelaze Skin will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes.
  1. Geographic Restrictions: This program is open only to participants residing in the USA for now. Participants from restricted regions will be disqualified from the program.
  1. Exclusion of Employees and Affiliates: Employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates of Zelaze Skin are not eligible to participate in this incentive program.
  1. Release of Liability: By participating in the program, participants release Zelaze Skin, its parent company, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to their participation in the program or acceptance and use of the free product. 
  1. Program Communication: All program-related communications, announcements, and updates will be made through the official channels of Zelaze Skin. Participants are responsible for staying informed about program developments through these channels.
  1. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Zelaze Skin harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation in the program or the content they create. 
  1. Right to Modify Program: Zelaze Skin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the incentive program at any time without prior notice. In the event of program termination, all pending qualified entries will be reviewed and rewarded accordingly.
  1. Content Ownership: By submitting your video and participating in this program, you grant Zelaze Skin the unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in any media or platform, for any purpose. Zelaze Skin reserves the right to repurpose the content as it sees fit, including on the official website, social media channels, marketing materials, and any other context without requiring further consent or compensation to you.
  1. Data Usage and Privacy: By participating in this incentive program, you agree to the use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the program and fulfilling rewards. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on how we handle your data.
  1. Limitation of Liability: Zelaze Skin shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or errors in video submissions, social media platforms, or any related components that may affect the outcome of the program.
  1. Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising from or related to this incentive program shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the RCC Beit Din (https://rccvaad.org/beth-din/). The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on all parties involved.

By participating in the Zelaze Skin Social Media Content Incentive Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Zelaze Skin retains the right to take appropriate action against any violations or attempts to manipulate the program to ensure fairness and integrity.
